| SAMPFORD IXL OPENS NEW BRISBANE SHOWROOM |

| Sampford IXL has opened a new showroom in Brisbane. On display are
kitchen brands Gaggenau, Neff, Bertazzoni and La Germania; as well as IXL
ventilation and Cannon heaters. |

| Launched on Thursday 24th June to local architects and specifiers; the venue
provides the perfect environment for decision making and product selection.
Entire ranges are on display and staff can explain and demonstrate
appliances. |

The showroom launch also provided guests with the opportunity to view new
product by Gaggenau. For the first time in Queensland architects could view
the recently released Vario Cooling series. A modular, fully integrated built-in
system consisting of a refrigerator, freezer and wine cabinet. Queenslanders
will also to be the first in Australia to view stainless steel Gaggenau ovens and
warming drawers which were previously only available in aluminium. |

The establishment of the Brisbane showroom builds on the success of
Sampford IXL’s showrooms in Melbourne and Perth which are utilised by
architects, retailers and customers alike. |

| Sampford IXL’s Brisbane showroom is located at 3/45 Commercial Road,
Newstead. The showroom is open from Tuesday to Saturday 9.00am –
5.00pm. |
